Mikaila (and Makenzi) were very excited to see the Tooth Fairy today as she visited Dinobeat this morning at Mikaila's school. She answered one of Mikaila's pertinent questions of "What do you do with the teeth that you collect?" Answer: She builds her shiny, white tooth castle that she lives in. (of course). She was beautiful and had lots of info. (Even like when you don't have a tooth brush with you at school....you can rinse out your mouth with water, like after you drink your chocolate milk at lunch.) Mikaila tried her best to get picked to be in the teeth demonstration on stage, but maybe next time. At the end Mikaila got sprinkled with the magic glittery fairy dust.
As they've been studying teeth this month........part of Mikaila's homework last night was to count her teeth so she could make this replica of them today at school. Looks pretty real! 12 teeth in top and 12 on bottom. (They used homemade play-do for the gums, and glued the white bean "teeth" in.)
